It is a focused web tool for NPC and tabletop character creation, shaped around the setting in which those characters will live. Instead of beginning with an empty note and an unrelated prompt, you begin with the character-making task itself.

Python and FastAPI provide the web-service foundation, with Pydantic for structured data validation. Python is the programming language; FastAPI connects application logic to web requests.

Structured validation helps the service work with clearly defined information. The character experience sits above that foundation, while universe-specific rules remain part of the product's own creative work.
