VAUWR Tech Privacy Notice
How VAUWR Tech handles information while you explore its products and services.
Controller and contacts
VAUWRBOOKS LTD. is the current operator and controller. Privacy and data-rights requests go to privacy@vauwr.com. General and legal enquiries use contact@vauwr.com; product enquiries use info@vauwr.com.
Information and purposes
The catalogue and product pages have no accounts, forms, uploads, checkout, active software downloads, advertising or visitor profiling. No application database or visitor profile is used. The host may process ordinary request and security data such as IP address, time, requested path and browser headers to deliver and secure the site under legitimate interests. These notices cover this website, not the applications described here or external sites, which apply their own notices.
Email enquiries
Enquiry links open your email application; nothing is submitted through the catalogue or product pages. If you send a message, we and our email providers process the address, message and attachments to respond, under legitimate interests for ordinary enquiries or pre-contract steps where you ask about a possible purchase or service. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Approved hosting, security, email, professional-adviser and legal recipients receive only what they need. Processing outside the UK requires an applicable safeguard. Enquiries remain only while needed. Hosting providers, processing locations and exact security-log retention are recorded in the service register.
Your rights
Depending on the purpose and lawful basis, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your information, to object, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@vauwr.com with enough detail to identify the request; do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
Children, decisions and complaints
The public catalogue does not profile children or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Any future personal feature requires an age and Children’s Code assessment before collection. You may complain to the ICO.
